Our Story
Ready Co was born out of firsthand frustration. As both a General Contractor and a Realtor, we saw a major gap in the market — there wasn't a reliable, efficient way to handle the smaller projects needed to get a home market-ready. The dependable contractors didn't want jobs that small, leaving realtors and homeowners to juggle multiple trades just to tackle a few simple fixes. It took too long, cost too much, and created unnecessary stress. We built ReadyCo to solve that — an all-inclusive, streamlined make-ready solution that gets homes listed faster and with less hassle.

We've combined technology, pre-selected materials, and coordinated project management to eliminate the inefficiencies of traditional make- ready work. The result is a faster, simpler, and more predictable process — without sacrificing quality or service.

What does your make-ready service include?
Our service covers all essential updates to prepare your property for sale, such as painting, carpet replacement, hardware upgrades, cleaning, landscaping, and more. Both labor and materials are included in one straightforward price.
How fast can you finish a make-ready project?
This will depend on the scope of the project, but our goal is to compete the project, in 3 weeks or less.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! Your quote will clearly state exactly what you are paying for.
Can I select specific finishes or materials?
Yes! When you fill out the form, you will have several options to choose from!
Can I, as the Realtor, fill out the form?
Yes! We love working with Realtors- but the homeowner will have to have the final approval of the quote.
After the quote is approved, can I still add services?
Yes, of course, but please know that late additions could lengthen the timeline.
